AGB
Contract, prices, payment, delivery, warranty, and liability.
Scope and seller
The contract is concluded with [company name]; the details are set out in the Impressum. These terms apply to both consumers and businesses; consumer provisions apply only to consumers within the meaning of the KSchG.
Contract formation
The products on the website constitute an invitation to order. The contract is formed once we confirm the order by e-mail or dispatch the goods. An order cannot be placed without actively confirming the obligation to pay.
Prices
All prices are in euros and are final. No value-added tax is charged, based on the small-business exemption (§ 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG 1994); a corresponding note appears on the invoice. Delivery costs are shown separately and calculated before the order is confirmed.
Payment
Card, EPS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA — via Stripe. Full payment details are not accessible to us.
Delivery
Zones and timeframes are listed on the "Shipping and payment" page. Timeframes are indicative. Small batches: if an item sells out between order and packing, we notify you and refund the payment in full.
Warranty (Gewährleistung)
The statutory rules apply: § 10 VGG — two years from the handover of the goods; the period is extended once by one year if a defect is remedied (version effective from 1 October 2026). The perishable nature of natural cosmetics and natural changes in colour or scent within the shelf life do not constitute a defect.
Right of withdrawal
See the separate "Withdrawal" (Widerruf) page — it forms an integral part of these terms.
Storage and intended use
Cosmetic products must be stored according to the instructions on the packaging; they are not medicinal products and are not intended to treat any illness.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for harm to life, body, or health, and for intent and gross negligence; otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the protection of the law of their habitual residence; the choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of their home country.
