Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 11 FAGG). The period begins on the day you or a person named by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods; in the case of partial deliveries, from the day the last part is received.
How to withdraw
An unambiguous statement is sufficient — by e-mail to [e-mail] or via the form on this page. You may use the sample form, but this is not required. The deadline is met if the statement is sent before it expires.
Consequences
We will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or proof that they have been sent. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The goods must be sent back no later than 14 days after the statement is made.
Exception for hygiene goods
Under § 18 para. 1 no. 5 FAGG, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered sealed which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. Our cosmetics are hygiene goods: as long as the protective seal is intact, you may return the product; once the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal ends. The reason is simple: an opened cream cannot be resold to another person — just like a toothbrush or a lipstick.
