Kitchen talk

What people ask by the stove while a batch matures. Lana answers — not a bot.

How long does a cream last and how should I store it?
Shelf life

It lives for 6 months. Keep it at room temperature, away from direct sun. The cooking date is on the bottom of the jar.

Why so little, and why does it run out?
Small batches

Small batches are respect for living ingredients, not a game of scarcity. What has run out comes back with its season.

Natural means safe, doesn't it?
An honest answer

Not always. Natural can irritate too. That is why I show the composition, the dosages and the pH — decide by facts, not by the word «natural».

My skin reacts to everything — where do I start?
Sensitive skin

Start with one product and a patch test on the inner elbow. Chamomile and panthenol are the calm ones. Write to me and I will advise.

Can I use this during pregnancy?
Where cosmetics end

That is a question for your doctor. Cosmetics do not replace a consultation — our zone ends here and medicine begins.

Where and how do you ship?
Delivery

We ship across Europe. I pack the order while the cream is still fresh; the tracking number comes by letter on the day of dispatch.

Can I return an order?
Returns · Widerruf

Yes, under the Widerruf right — 14 days. Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene; if the case is unclear, write to me and we will sort it out like people.

What does «BATCH No. 14» mean?
Batch number

The number is a page in the cooking diary, with the date beside it: when it was made. With those I can find your exact jar.
